My treatment plan has switched back to three rounds of BEP.  While my immune system may interfere with the timing of the rounds, this likely gives me the best survival rates.

While yesterday’s post outlines why I was switched to 1 round of BEP followed by 3 rounds of EP, further discussion between my oncologists and a review of the literature has pushed me back to the original treatment path of 3 rounds of BEP.  While my oncologist still does not want to use Neulasta in conjunction with Bleomycin, it seems likely that my survival rate will be higher with Bleomycin and a delay than without Bleomycin altogether.
